Well, it did create great tension, I agree. And it was undeniably effective in keeping me reading. That doesn’t stop me from being greedy & wanting to know ALL!

Hey KC, I’m stopping over from the DIK blog. I read this book too for the challenge and I didn’t notice any 80s speak either. LOL

Not knowing Sean’s thoughts and feelings created a delicious tension, don’t you think?

Ah yes, The Assignment. Great book. I really enjoyed it as well, and you’re right – having a pov from O’Brian would have been so nice.

I think the only that bugged me about this one was the 80′s speak. That kind of got old for me really quickly.
